Foundations of Diversity and Inclusion at Work TeachOut

In this two-module course, students learn how to identify and address inequity in organizations, build a business case for diversity and inclusion, and understand how managers constructively counteract inequity. In addition, you’ll learn how to promote the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion at work, how to have difficult conversations, and how to lead change.

Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace provide foundations for key diversity concepts and their importance and relevance in the workplace. By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong comprehension of diversity concepts and their applications in various diversity categories.

Diversity for Dummies: Making Multiculturalism Work

An educational course aimed for those curious to explore multiculturalism, the Diversity for Dummies equips you with important skills to make environments more inclusive, safe, productive, and connected. The concepts included are the cultural, historical, and philosophical foundations of education in a multicultural society.
