Last week RGI joined the Indiana Society of Association Executives for its annual Star Awards ceremony, recognizing the best and brightest in association management in 2020.
While the event looked different in its virtual setting, we were still able to celebrate as the RGI team took home the following awards at the Star Awards:
- The Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior won the award for Outstanding Annual Convention for its five-day virtual conference in July that included several concurrent sessions each day as well as steady customer service to ensure a successful and high-quality event. Learn more about SNEB’s conference here.
- The Association for Information Systems took home the award for Impactful Technology due to its work in building the AIS Forum on the Coronavirus and Higher Education, which created an opportunity to turn the pandemic crisis into a space to share research, teaching and reflection. The forum also created a research library that allowed for the sharing of knowledge and education.
Raybourn Group International is proud of our many clients, as well as all other associations, who excelled in 2020 despite the significant challenges brought about by COVID-19. Associations around the state of Indiana, the country, and the world were forced to adapt to find a way to provide continued value to their members and industries.
