Raybourn Group International Ranks #23 by Indiana Chamber of Commerce as Best Places to Work in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Chamber of Commerce revealed the rankings for its 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana program on May 8, 2024, selecting Raybourn Group International (RGI), an Indianapolis-based association management, consulting, and event planning firm, as the 23rd best small employer (15-74 employees) in Indiana. The small employer category included 87 companies. This is the fourth consecutive year RGI has been ranked among the best workplaces in Indiana.

“The honored companies offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success. This statewide survey and awards program is research-driven and examines each company’s practices, programs, and benefits. It is designed to identify, recognize, and honor participating employers in Indiana with leading workplace cultures. In total, the 2024 program honored 193 businesses divided into four categories based on number of employees.

This 19th annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • ·        Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
  • ·        Be a publicly or privately held business;
  • ·        Have a facility in Indiana;
  • ·        Have at least 15 employees working in Indiana;
  • ·        Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
