INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has revealed the rankings for its 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana program, selecting Raybourn Group International (RGI), an Indianapolis-based association management, consulting and event planning firm, as the 16th best small employer (15-74 employees) in Indiana. RGI improved its ranking from 23rd in 2021.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the participating employers in Indiana with the leading workplace cultures. In total, the program honored 125 businesses divided into four categories based on number of employees; 53 of these competed in the small business category. Top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
“This award affirms the changes we have been working towards for our company, clients and staff have been successful.” said RGI President Leslie Murphy, FASAE, CAE. “We have made it a priority to create a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. In doing so, we can better serve our clients. We are so grateful and proud to be recognized in this elite group.”
This 17th annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in Indiana;
- Have at least 15 employees working in Indiana;
- Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
In addition to the award ceremony, winners will also be recognized in a special edition of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
