INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Chamber of Commerce revealed the rankings for its 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana program on April 30, 2025, selecting Raybourn Group International (RGI), an Indianapolis-based association management, consulting, and event planning firm, as the 22nd best small/medium employer (35-74 employees) in Indiana. The small/medium employer category included 40 companies. This is the fifth consecutive year RGI has been ranked among the best workplaces in Indiana.

This statewide survey and awards program is research-driven and examines each company’s practices, programs, and benefits. It is designed to identify, recognize, and honor participating employers in Indiana with leading workplace cultures. In total, the 2025 program honored 150 businesses divided into five categories based on number of employees.

Employees can be their true selves, supported by accessible leadership and open communication. RGI prioritizes employee well-being and invests heavily in continuous education and professional growth. It is gratifying that this award recognizes the team’s collaborative spirit and a strong sense of community,” said Leslie Murphy, FASAE, CAE, President of RGI.
RGI was specifically recognized for:
- supporting employees who volunteer in their communities;
- conducting bi-weekly “Monday Morning Life Hacks” sessions for staff to share a tip/trick;
- organizing the Living Well Committee, which shares insights for a healthy lifestyle as well as planning group activities; and
- encouraging young professionals through two paid internship tracks.
This 20th annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Have at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees working in Indiana;
- Have a physical operation in Indiana;
- Are publicly or privately held organization;
- Are a for-profit, not-for-profit, or a government organization; and
- Have been in business for at least one year.
