Raybourn Group International Named Among Best Places to Work in Indiana for the Third Consecutive Year

Indianapolis – The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has revealed its winners for the 2023 Best Places to Work in Indiana, selecting Raybourn Group International (RGI), an Indianapolis-based association management, consulting and event planning firm, for its third consecutive year as one of the top small firms (15-74 employees) in Indiana.

“This award confirms that the direction we have been moving continues to emphasize our passion for our company, clients and staff.” said RGI President Leslie Murphy, FASAE, CAE. “We prioritize creating an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves to better serve our clients. We are so grateful to be recognized in this elite group once again.”

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the participating employers in Indiana with the leading workplace cultures. In total, the program honored 125 businesses divided into four categories based on number of employees; 72 of these competed in the small business category. Top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.

“The Best Places to Work in Indiana program is so popular because it not only showcases the state’s top workplaces, but also includes an employee survey that helps all applicants improve their culture and productivity,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar.

This 18th annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
  • Be a publicly or privately held business;
  • Have a facility in Indiana;
  • Have at least 15 employees working in Indiana;
  • Be in business a minimum of 1 year.

Final rankings for the businesses will be revealed at the May 10th awards banquet in Indianapolis. In addition to the May 10 awards, winners will be recognized via a special section of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick – both of which reach statewide audiences.
