Raybourn Group International a ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ recipient for 2nd consecutive year
INDIANAPOLIS – Raybourn Group International (RGI), an Indianapolis-based association management, consulting and event planning firm, was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the second consecutive year on Monday. The annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.
“Best Places to Work in Indiana not only recognizes our state’s outstanding employers, but also sets a high standard for other Hoosier companies by encouraging them to realize the importance of evaluating their own workplace,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the participating employers in Indiana with the leading workplace cultures. The list is made up of 125 companies. Top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process.
“We are thrilled to be named to this exclusive list of Indiana companies two years running,” said RGI President Leslie Murphy, FASAE, CAE. “By creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for our staff, we are able to retain talent, recruit new talent and, in doing so, better serve our clients.”
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in Indiana;
- Have at least 15 employees working in Indiana;
- Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
The final rankings will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday, May 12. Additionally, winners will be included in a special edition of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
