INDIANAPOLIS– Raybourn Group International (RGI), Indianapolis-based association management, consulting and meeting planning firm, announces it has been selected as the association management company and staffing solution for the International Consortium of Mohs Surgery (ICMS). ICMS is a new global professional association uniting Mohs surgeons, trainees, and allied specialists across continents through education, research, and collaboration in the treatment of skin cancer. ICMS leadership signed the organization’s founding documents in London on September 12.
Nicole Brandt, CAE, HMCC, will serve as lead for ICMS. Brandt brings more than 17 years of nonprofit management experience and has spent her association management career working exclusively with medical and scientific societies, including the Noah Worcester Dermatological Society and the International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics.

As the association management partner for ICMS, RGI’s focus is to ensure the organization has the capacity, strategic direction, and day-to-day support to fulfill its mission, serve its founding international membership, and convene a global community of Mohs surgeons. ICMS plans to open formal membership applications in October 2026.
