I am so glad that I was able to have the opportunity to be a Marketing and Communications Intern at RGI! My internship was a fantastic experience in such a welcoming environment, and it allowed me to grow more as a professional designer. I will be able to use the skills I grew and learned while interning here in my future professional career.

I am so grateful that I got the chance to be a part of Raybourn for twelve weeks. I cannot recommend their internship program enough. The staff at RGI were so welcoming and were always sure to include me in whatever they could. In a short amount of time, I was able to acquire numerous valuable skills and had the privilege of working alongside the best individuals. The biggest takeaway that I was able to learn about myself was the importance of self-confidence. Many of the tasks I was assigned I had never done anything like before. The encouragement from supervisor and other staff members made me gain more confidence in my own abilities.

My internship at RGI as a marketing and communication intern was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from creating social media campaigns to designing signage for association company conferences. The supportive staff and hands-on learning environment allowed me to grow my skills and gain valuable insight into the association management industry. I’m grateful for the experience and guidance I received and the connections I made throughout this opportunity.

My internship experiences at RGI truly opened my eyes to what it looks like to turn skills developed in a classroom into hands-on experiences that have real impacts on our clients. The wide variety of projects I was trusted with allowed me to expand my expertise across areas like graphic design, email and social media marketing, and marketing planning, while also teaching me about what it's like to work in a professional role with the most supportive supervisors and staff members. I couldn't be more grateful for RGI's internship program, and it's what led me to be a full-time staff member after graduation!

I was incredibly nervous when I started my internship with RGI, but it has been a phenomenal experience. The staff is welcoming and kind. They answered any questions I had and treated me with nothing but respect. I've had the pleasure of working on so many different projects that gave me the opportunity to brush up on skills I already had and learn new ones. Everything from short videos to digital graphics to research reports. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work here and I can't recommend it enough.

My time as the Meeting and Events Intern at RGI has been an incredible learning experience. I had the opportunity to support event planning from start to finish, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that truly made an impact. Everyone at RGI made me feel valued from day one and encouraged me to grow both personally and professionally.
