Veronica Smith joined RGI in 2023 as a Meetings and Marketing Coordinator. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Music and Vocal Performance from Blackburn College.

Before joining the RGI team, Veronica gained a wide range of experience in hospitality, clinical counseling, music and theatre, social media management, association management and much more. She brings a skillset that includes event planning, project management, marketing and nonprofit work to serve RGI’s clients.

Veronica’s volunteer involvement includes serving with Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana to assist in distributing food to Indiana residents who experience food insecurity. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in the Indianapolis area. When she’s not working, you can find her singing or acting along to musicals. She also has a passion for traveling. She once couch-surfed across the United States from California to Colorado.
