Paul Bierman joined the RGI team in 2023 as Director of Education and Events. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Sociology with a minor in Interpretation Theory from Swarthmore College and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). His skillset includes registration management, working with boards of directors and creating budgets.

Paul has prior experience working in higher education, Greek organizations and non-governmental organizations. He previously worked for Delta Chi Fraternity as Director of Meetings and Events. Through his past experience, he reduced spending by 10% on a 100-person leadership academy and an additional 10% the following year without reducing the program. He has also helped achieve zero overages for the first time in a decade for an organization. Paul has been a part of the association world for 5 years and enjoys the opportunity to connect with and learn from professionals across a wide-range of industries.

For volunteer work, Paul has previously worked with the MPA Indiana Chapter as Director of Chapter Programs. Paul grew up in Alaska, was on the fencing team in college and is a big fan of 90 Day Fiancé.
