How has partnering with RGI made your association successful? RGI employs the things they are good at to free our organization and its members to do the things we are good at. Without their management, we would simply not have the time or expertise to be as agile an organization as we are.

What are two significant improvements that have resulted from the partnership with RGI? RGI was instrumental in implementing outreach strategies to engage our membership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those strategies are still in use and engagement has never been better. Additionally, RGI's expertise in planning and logistics has resulted in more enticing annual meetings for our membership.

Share a specific project or experience where RGI exceeded your expectations: Our organization has had challenges with our procedures for bringing in new member firms. RGI has been able to provide solid advice that has kept us on the right side of antitrust laws while growing our membership in a desirable way.

If a potential client was on the fence about whether to work with RGI, what would you say to them? I would say, with great certainty, that working with RGI would allow their organization to optimize their organizational goals while also providing another set of eyes to keep the organization moving in the desired direction.
