Our partnership with RGI has helped our association really move forward and towards the future. Our association has been around for 95 years and thanks to all of the work RGI has done and continues to do, we are looking forward to year 100.
If a potential client was on the fence about whether to work with RGI, what would you say to them?
To 100% go with RGI. They will be thrilled at the staff coverage, help provided, and overall experience with RGI handling their association. You don’t know opportunities your association is missing until you partner with RGI and benefit from their vast knowledge. We had an association that was dying and had many administrative issues. Since partnering with RGI we have experienced a real uptick in positivity from our membership and the legal community.
From the moment we were vetting RGI for our purposes through now, RGI has made us feel like we are a valued client every day. Leslie and Mark spent many meetings with the decision-makers for the switch to RGI. In these meetings, they made sure even if we did not choose RGI that we were aware of the issues and concerns they saw which would have to be addressed no matter what route we decided to take. They explained why these items needed to be addressed and best practices to use.

RGI has the experience and workforce to handle the day-to-day tasks and also will help you look out for the future of your organization.
RGI's team wants NALS to be the best in the legal field and flourish. It is constantly working with NALS members to help their chapters be the best they can be!
RGI takes care of the day-to-day processes for NALS. Having a full-time job and trying to do everything that RGI does for NALS would become a full-time job in itself.

The onboarding process was a huge project and RGI handled it with grace and was able to unravel the information we had on hand quickly and efficiently – so the members did not have any real downtime in their experience.
