Natalie Shryock, CMP

Certifications and Meetings Manager

Natalie utilizes her expertise in event coordination, member engagement and data management to provide member-focused service that helps her clients thrive.

Upon joining RGI in 2016, Natalie quickly found her place in association management due to the fulfilling relationship between members and staff. Whether charitable or professional, associations offer members the opportunity to connect with others who share a common mission, profession, or pastime. She finds it extremely rewarding to contribute to the achievement of these goals in some way.

A graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis’ Tourism, Convention and Event Management (TCEM) program, Natalie enjoys applying her skills for the advancement of her clients’ missions. In June 2019, she earned her Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, a curriculum which provided the foundational knowledge required to manage the challenges unique to certification. In August 2019 she achieved a Level 1 Certificate in Event Design from the Event Design Collective, and she received her Certified Meeting Professional designation in January 2022.

Active in her community, Natalie volunteers with the Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN), a nonprofit that uses Indiana’s Correctional Facilities to train assistance dogs for individuals living with disabilities in Indiana. She also enjoys volunteering for Indianapolis-area special events. A lifelong Hoosier, Natalie enjoys showing off everything Indy has to offer while discovering something new in the process!
