Natalie Crispin
Education and Membership Coordinator
Natalie joined RGI in 2025 as an Education and Membership Coordinator. She is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned degrees in Art History and History. Before coming to RGI, Natalie worked for various art galleries in Indiana managing collections, planning events, and educating the public about local and international art. Additionally, she completed a study abroad program in England where she engaged with museum event planners, educational directors, and collection managers to sharpen her skills and indulge in her interests.
This is Natalie’s first role in the association management industry. She sincerely enjoys getting to know her client personalities and creating lasting experiences that fuel membership and promote growth while providing excellent service to members, leaders, and her RGI team. She values connection, communication, and community, and supports her societies in person at events and behind the scenes.
Outsite of work, Natalie enjoys reading books, listening to music and spooky podcasts, going on walks outside, and sewing. She is involved in her community and loves participating in public events, going to gallery shows, and exploring the Indianapolis area.
