Madalyn Hill joined RGI in 2023 as Communications Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing with an emphasis in Digital Marketing from the University of Dayton, as well as a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern University.

Madalyn has previously worked in PR doing marketing for nonprofit organizations, logistics selling transportation management software and agile consulting doing digital marketing. She brings a skillset that includes social media management and email marketing that will serve RGI clients well.

Madalyn was an officer for the Best Buddies organization. She also assisted in granting a wish for Make-A-Wish Foundation. When she isn’t working, she has a passion for traveling. Her goal is to visit all 7 continents and all 50 states. She also lived in Prague, Czechia for 6 months while studying abroad. In her down time, she enjoys taking long walks, reading and playing pickle ball with her friends and family.
