Liv Fairchild joined RGI in 2023 as Director of Membership. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient Studies and Philosophy with a minor in Greek from Cornerstone University. Through her education and past experiences, she has acquired a wide range of skills including, volunteer management, committee leadership, community engagement and program planning.  

Before joining RGI, Liv has worked for organizations like Monon District and Crossroads of America Council that gave her experience in non-profit management, community engagement, career development and government-parks and recreation. 

Liv has been Cubmaster to her son’s Pack 237 for the past 3 years. Her and her husband have also dedicated 5 years to co-leading a young adult recovery program at Grace Church. She loves to travel to new areas of our country, specifically focused on National Park Service Properties. She enjoys baking, cooking and playing games with her family and friends, owning over 200 board games.
