Lisa Moore brings more than 26 years of experience in higher education and fraternal organizations to her work in association and membership services. Since joining RGI in 2020, she has managed a wide range of programs and initiatives that strengthen member engagement and organizational success.

Before RGI, Lisa held leadership roles at Indiana State University, the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and the University of Southern Mississippi. Her higher education career focused on communication, marketing, student success, and alumni relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Evansville and a master’s degree in education and organizational leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.

Outside of work, Lisa is an active alumna of Alpha Omicron Pi International Fraternity and serves as President-Elect of the Memphis Area Alumnae Panhellenic Association. She is also a certified stroke and turn judge for Southeastern Swimming, supporting events for the Memphis Thunder Aquatic Club and Houston High School Swim Team. An avid traveler and adventurer, Lisa enjoys exploring both new destinations and beloved favorites—especially Knoxville (Go Vols!), Sedona and Rivera Maya – with family and friends.
