Keelie Souders joined RGI in 2023 as a Membership and Meetings Coordinator. She has an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ivy Tech. She brings experience in database management, membership coordination and event registration to serve RGI’s clients.

Prior to joining the RGI team, Keelie was the Assistant Director of Member Services for Theta Chi Fraternity. She has worked in association management for 11 years and truly enjoys connecting with members.

Keelie’s volunteer involvement includes volunteering and coaching for the Brownsburg Girls Softball League in Brownsburg, IN. When she isn’t working, she enjoys kayaking with her family and spending time with her two rescue pit bulls.
