Kaylee Ferguson joined RGI in 2023 as a Meetings and Membership Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Event Management from Grace College, where she was recognized as her program’s outstanding student in 2021, inducted as a lifetime member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society, and served as captain of the cheerleading team.

Before joining RGI, Kaylee served as Special Events Director at Bethesda Christian School, gaining extensive experience in event planning and management. She remains active in the school community as the varsity cheerleading coach.

Outside of work, Kaylee is a dedicated member of CrossBridge Baptist Church, where she and her husband lead the young adult ministry. She is also passionate about Alzheimer’s disease research and advocacy, supporting individuals living with the disease and their caregivers.
