Katy Kemp joined Raybourn Group International in 2026 as a Senior Accountant, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in accounting and financial operations. She is a graduate of the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Prior to joining RGI, Katy spent 18 years with Aurora Parts & Accessories, where she developed deep expertise in financial management and honed her analytical approach to problem-solving. While she is new to the association industry, her strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset allow her to quickly adapt and deliver accurate, reliable financial insights that support organizational success.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending weekends at her family cabin along the Tippecanoe River, where she can relax and unwind.”
