Jessica MacMillan originally joined RGI in 2024 as Meetings and Events Intern. She is currently studying at IUPUI and will receive a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Conventions and Event Management in May 2024.

While working on her bachelor’s degree, Jessica has obtained a Certificate in Business Foundations and a Certificate in Tourism, Planning and Development. She has a wide range of experience including being an intern for a wedding and event planning company, as well as serving as Social Media Coordinator for the School of Health and Human Services at IUPUI.

Jessica is a volunteer for multiple organizations. She has volunteered for St. Vincent Emergency Room and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She continues to volunteer at Next Gen Indy and the Christkindlmarkt. She is an avid reader, especially books based on true events. She is also a full-time student and full-time mom.
