Jessica MacMillan is a Senior Membership and Meetings Coordinator, formerly a Meetings Intern for the organization, with a passion for building meaningful connections. She earned her B.A. in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from IUPUI, along with certificates in Business Foundations and Tourism Planning & Development, providing her with a strong foundation in both hospitality strategy and business operations.

Jessica was honored as a nominee for the MPI Indiana Chapter’s IMPRESS “One to Watch” award, recognizing her dedication and leadership in the meetings industry. She actively gives back by serving on the MPI Indiana Chapter’s Education Committee and is supporting the ASAE Local Organizing Committee for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. She is also currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation to further deepen her expertise.

Outside of work, Jessica is an avid reader, especially drawn to books based on true Holocaust stories, and embraces her most cherished role as a mother. Whether she’s orchestrating a conference, diving into a historical memoir, or spending time with family, Jessica approaches life with heart, curiosity, and commitment.
