Ashley brings a background of experience in training, education and human resources to her role as Education & Membership Coordinator.

A graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a certificate in Human Resource Management, Ashley is quickly finding her place in the association world. Prior to joining RGI in early 2017, she served as the Marketing Director & Human Resources Coordinator  for the largest privately owned law enforcement training company in the US for nine years. She also gave her time volunteering for the Indianapolis Zoo and the Julian Center.

Since entering into association management, Ashley has enjoyed interacting with association members. She finds satisfaction in working with and assisting members that are so passionate about their industry.

Ashley and her husband stay busy with their two crazy King Charles Cavalier Spaniels. She enjoys traveling, including Caribbean cruises, trips to the west coast and visiting Walt Disney World. Trivia is one of her favorite hobbies and has been told she is no fun to watch Jeopardy with.
