Alexandria Rickert joined the RGI team in 2024 as Communications and Marketing Manager. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from Ivy Tech and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University. She is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing.

Alexandria considers her areas of expertise to be digital marketing, specifically content creation, social media marketing, and SEO. She has a history in the residential, commercial and industrial construction industries. She has found success in growing social followers, including gaining over one third of her previous company’s follower base. Additionally, she presented and oversaw the development of an entirely new website. 

Alexandria is an active mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters, has volunteered with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful for the past 15 years, has previously volunteered with Thrifty Threads, and volunteers at local food banks, including Midwest Food Bank and Gleaners Food Bank. She loves to travel, collects vintage postcards and loves doing activities that involve the outdoors, including gardening, kayaking, backpacking and hiking.
