Ashley joined RGI in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience in training, education, marketing, and human resources to her role as Membership Manager.

A graduate of Indiana University – Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, concentrating in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a certificate in Human Resource Management, Ashley has spent her time in association management getting to know members, identifying ways organizations can better serve them, and improving the overall member experience. Prior to joining RGI, she spent several years in marketing and human resources for a privately owned law enforcement education company. She earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2023.

Outside of work, Ashley can be found with her husband and their two mischievous King Charles Cavalier Spaniels. She loves traveling, reading, Disney adventures, collecting tchotchkes, and is a devoted Swiftie who will happily debate the best Taylor Swift album at any given moment.
