Lindsay Lester, RN-BSN, CPM

Lindsay Lester has a degree in Nursing from Indiana University and is also a Certified Project Manager. She has worked in education as an English Second Language Tutor to students in China; a Telehealth Project Manager for a women’s health organization, and most recently as Director of Operations & Client Success at a small nonprofit in Indiana.
She has been involved with Women for Sobriety for almost 15 years, helping with phone support, facilitating online chat forums, teaching workshops, and helping with their annual fundraiser. She is also an active volunteer in the homeschool community, including planning and managing an annual end-of-school-year event that started in her backyard and has grown to over 100 attendees. Additionally she has facilitated support groups for Hope 4 Recovery for victims of trauma and abuse.
She shares that she has had the unique experiences of watching an orchestra perform at the Sydney Opera House in Australia, visiting the Ivory Coast where she enjoyed a stew made with chicken claws and goat hair, and being a mother to six children whose menagerie of pets once included a hissing cockroach.
