Abby Fender joined the RGI team in 2024 as Member Services Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Purdue University. 

Abby has worked for nonprofit organizations for the past 6 years. Most recently, she worked with Sigma Theta Tau International where she served as Member and Chapter Services Coordinator. Her areas of expertise include customer service, membership management and communication. Additionally, Abby is a member of both the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). 

Abby volunteers for Global Connect at Purdue University and Habitat For Humanity. In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing board games with her family and wakeboarding.
