Nicole Brandt joined RGI in 2024 as Executive Director. She has a BA in Interactive Multimedia and Graphic Design from Columbia College and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Indiana University Lily School of Philanthropy.

Nicole brings over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, including 5+ years in association management, where she has successfully led six scientific and academic associations. Previously, she served as the leader of an international NGO focused on supporting orphaned children in Africa and Central America. Alongside her work with associations, Nicole has a strong background in the research and medical industry. Her specialty is working to activate and implement strategic plans, thereby advancing the organization’s goals into fruition.

Nicole loves collaborating with boards and volunteers who exhibit passion for their respective focus areas. She is an avid traveler, completing the Camino de Santigo Portuguese Coastal Route which is 220 miles long. She loves reading and being with her friends and family, as well as going on long walks with her dog, Rosie.
