Kaylee Ferguson joined the RGI team in 2023 as Meetings and Membership Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Event Management from Grace College where she was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society.

Kaylee has experience in event management as she was special events intern for the Plainfield Parks and Recreation Department, as well as special events coordinator at Bethesda Christian School. In addition to event management, she has experience in hospitality and promotional content creation. She is excited to help her clients accomplish their goals here at RGI.

Kaylee is a volunteer at various children’s and young adult ministries at CrossBridge Baptist Church. She is the varsity cheerleading coach at Bethesda Christian School. She is also an advocate for Alzheimer’s disease. Kaylee is married to her high school sweetheart, was a college cheerleader and has a goldendoodle named Woodie, named after IU men’s basketball coach, Mike Woodson.
