Andrew de Bie joined RGI in 2023 as Senior Membership and Communications Coordinator. Andrew has an Associate of General Studies from Ivy Tech Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Finance/Economics from Indiana University, Kokomo and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, Kokomo. 

Before joining RGI, Andrew worked as an Advising Assistant and a Testing and Advising Support Specialist for Indiana University Kokomo, gaining extensive experience in higher education. His other areas of expertise include insurance, finance and photography.

Andrew is originally from Westfield, Indiana. When he isn’t working, he is an avid rock climber and camper.
