Placing Office Depot Orders



RGI wants to support you to be as successful as possible. This means having all the supplies you need to keep you organized and efficient in your work. What supplies do you need? You can look up items on the Office Depot site and send the Office Administrator the item number or link to the item you need. The Office Administrator will send an email every Thursday asking what (if any) supplies you need. Orders are sent out every Friday. RGI pays for these items.

Remember to check the RGI supply cabinet before asking for items.

Items include but are not limited to the following:

  • Planner/ Journal
  • Mouse/ keyboard (if not working properly)
  • Monitor Stands
  • Pen holder(s)
  • Calendar
  • Highlighters
  • Post Its

(Printer paper is in the cabinet closest to the copier in the workroom and is available for everyone).


Your client uses supplies for conference/meetings and mailings. If you run out of any of these supplies, you give the Office Administrator the link or item number and let them know what client this is for. This is so the cost gets allocated to the correct association.
