Nicole Burchfield joined the RGI team in 2024 as Accounting Manager. She has a degree in Accounting from Ball State University. While Nicole has previously worked in operations and HR, she considers accounting to be her area of expertise.

Nicole has been in accounting for twenty years in a variety of industries including, construction, property management, waste management, and environmental engineering. Nicole is new to the association management world and looks forward to learning more about the association industry community.

Nicole is a certified chef and graduated from culinary school in 2023. She is a season ticket holder for the Pacers, and has been married for almost 20 years with a 17 year old son.
